Allergy |

Bike and boot room |
Our bike and boot room is located at the rear section of our underground garage. The room is specifically designed to store your bicycles and trekking boots. After collecting your bike or boots, the lift will bring you directly outside. Please remember to take your room key with you. | top |
Bookings |
In order to confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of € 500 in summer and € 1.500,- in winter per room and week. The deposit should be made by bank transfer. Please note that foreign currency transfers, such as Swiss francs, will be calculated on the current exchange rate of the day the payment is credited to our account. In the event where bank charges are applicable, please make the necessary arrangements to ensure the full amount is credited to our account. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee certain room numbers or floors and kindly request your understanding. The floor plans on this website serves to illustrate the living space, however minor variations are possible. |

Cancellation Terms & Conditions |
In the event of cancellation at least 3 months before the agreed arrival date, the deposit will be refunded.
For cancellations at least 3-1 month before the agreed arrival date the guest will be subject to a cancellation fee the equivalent of 40% of the full amount will be charged. In the event of cancellation between 1 week and 1 month before your holiday, 70% of the full amount will be charged. Mountain bike and helmet hire is free of charge for all our guests. Please contact reception for further details. Naturally, you can also bring your own bicycle, which you can store in our bike room. Cycling enthusiasts who like to have spotless frames can have their wheels looking like new at our bike wash bay. |

Newspapers |
Newspaper service at Schlosshotel Fiss: You can order newspapers at the reception desk. There are also a number of international newspapers available for all guests in the Kaminhalle lounge. | top |
No Smoking Zones |
Smoking is prohibited in the restaurant and in guest rooms. Naturally, you will be allowed to smoke in the bar and the foyer. | top |
Payment Methods |
In order to avoid any delays on departure, you can pay your bill at any time after 6:00 pm on the day prior to your departure.
We accept payment in cash, by EC card (A, D, NL, CH), or credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Eurocard). AMEX and Diners is not accepted. |

Underground Garage |
You can access the underground garage at any time with your room key. A member of staff will also be happy to park your car for you and leave the keys at reception. Parking is included in the booking price. | top |
Valuables |
We strongly recommend that all valuables be stored in your room safe. User manuals for safes secured by a code system can be found inside the safe. If the safe in your room is secured with a key, you will be given the key for the safe at the reception. A deposit of € 20.00 is required, which will be refunded on your departure. Safes in some of our suites can be accessed with the occupant’s room key. | top |
Wake-Up Call |
Arranging a wake-up call is easy. Follow the instructions below to programme your room telephone to the time you wish to wake up: Pick up the receiver, and dial 60. Then enter all four digits of your desired wake-up time, e.g. 0730 for 7:30 am. Then hang up the phone. Please note: The wake-up alarm operates on a 24-hour clock, i.e. 0730 would only wake you up in the morning and not in the evening. 1930 would be the appropriate digits for an evening wake-up call. |
