The intensive, yet gentle, vibration of the multi dimensional vibrating plate increases the effectiveness of your training. With 30-50 vibrations per second the muscles are strengthened and your mobility is improved. Conventional training only reaches around 40-60% of the muscles, with PowerPlate this increases to 97%. This “whole body training” can be done in 15 minutes for a complete training success.
Price PowerPlate:
Use of PowerPlate requires an introductory session with a trainer.
Personal training one session: € 20,-
Personal training five sessions: € 80,-
Training on PowerPlate can only be done by prior arrangement.
