Bike and boot room |
Our bike and boot room is located at the rear section of our underground garage. The room is specifically designed to store your bicycles and trekking boots. After collecting your bike or boots, the lift will bring you directly outside. Please remember to take your room key with you. |

Check-in/Check-out |
On the day of arrival, guests will be able to check into their room from 3:00 pm in summer, and from 4:00 pm in winter.
An earlier check-in may be possible if the room is ready to be occupied.
On the day of departure, guests are asked to vacate the room by 11:00 am.

Available for kids 3 years and older. Your kids will have tons of fun in our Kids Castle (Kids Schlössl), always under the supervision of our highly qualified staff.

No Smoking Zones |
Smoking is prohibited in the restaurant and in guest rooms.
Naturally, you will be allowed to smoke in the bar and the foyer. |

Payment Methods |
In order to avoid any delays on departure, you can pay your bill at any time after 6:00 pm on the day prior to your departure.
We accept payment in cash, by EC card (A, D, NL), or credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Eurocard).
We would like to remind our guests from Switzerland that Swiss EC cards are not accepted at the hotel. |

Valuables |
We strongly recommend that all valuables be stored in your room safe. User manuals for safes secured by a code system can be found inside the safe.
If the safe in your room is secured with a key, you will be given the key for the safe at the reception.
A deposit of € 20.00 is required, which will be refunded on your departure.
Safes in some of our suites can be accessed with the occupant’s room key. |

Wake-Up Call |
Arranging a wake-up call is easy. Follow the instructions below to programme your room telephone to the time you wish to wake up:
Pick up the receiver, and dial 60. Then enter all four digits of your desired wake-up time, e.g. 0730 for 7:30 am. Then hang up the phone.
Please note: The wake-up alarm operates on a 24-hour clock, i.e. 0730 would only wake you up in the morning and not in the evening. 1930 would be the appropriate digits for an evening wake-up call. |
