Confirmation

In order to confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of € 500 per room per week. The deposit should be made by bank transfer. Please note that foreign currency transfers, such as Swiss francs, will be calculated on the current exchange rate of the day the payment is credited to our account. In the event where bank charges are applicable, please make the necessary arrangements to ensure the full amount is credited to our account.

Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee certain room numbers or floors and kindly request your understanding. The floor plans on this website serves to illustrate the living space, however minor variations are possible.

If the price on confirming your reservation differs from the listed price, the listed price will always apply.

Dogs/Pets

Check-in/Check-out

€ 15.00 per day (no meals included). Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant.

On the day of arrival, guests will be able to check into their room from 4:00 pm. An earlier check-in may be possible if the room is ready to be occupied.
On the day of departure, guests are asked to vacate the room by 11:00 am.

The deposit can be made by EC card or bank transfer, in the local currency, or with Visa, MasterCard or Eurocard.

· The hotel has 4 internet terminals with broadband access (naturally free of charge).
· If you have brought your laptop with you, you can take advantage of our free Wi-Fi hotspot in the hotel lobby and bar. If you do not have a wireless network card, you can borrow one at the reception desk.
· All our rooms have free Internet access. You will only need a wireless card if you plan to take your notebook.

Cancellation Terms & Conditions

Airport & Train Transfers

In the event of cancellation at least 3 months before the agreed arrival date, the deposit will be refunded. For cancellations at least 1 month before the agreed arrival date the guest will be subject to a cancellation fee the equivalent of 3 nights stay in the booked accommodation.

AUSTRIAN HOTEL CONTRACT CONDITIONS

We can arrange to have our hotel bus collect you from the local railway station or any nearby airport.

Underground Garage/Parking

Schlosshotel offers adequate parking facilities, including an underground garage.
