Confirmiation

In order to confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of € 1,500 per room per week. The deposit should be made by bank transfer. Please note that foreign currency transfers, such as Swiss francs, will be calculated on the current exchange rate of the day the payment is credited to our account. In the event where bank charges are applicable, please make the necessary arrangements to ensure the full amount is credited to our account.

If the price on confirming your reservation differs from the listed price, the listed price will always apply.

Check-in/Check-out

Internet Access

On the day of arrival, guests will be able to check into their room from 4:00 pm. An earlier check-in may be possible if the room is ready to be occupied.
On the day of departure, guests are asked to vacate the room by 11:00 am.

· The hotel has 4 internet terminals with broadband access (naturally free of charge).
· If you have brought your laptop with you, you can take advantage of our free Wi-Fi hotspot in the hotel lobby and bar. If you do not have a wireless network card, you can borrow one at the reception desk.
· All our rooms have free Internet access. You will only need a wireless card if you plan to take your notebook.

The deposit can be made by EC card or bank transfer, in the local currency, or with Visa, MasterCard or Eurocard.

Short Break Surcharge

Airport & Train Transfers

Guests staying less than 4 nights will incur a surcharge of € 20 per person per day.

We can arrange to have our hotel bus collect you from the local railway station or any nearby airport.
Please ask a member of staff about our transfer prices.

Underground Garage/Parking

Dogs/Pets

Schlosshotel offers adequate parking facilities, including an underground garage.

€ 15.00 per day (no meals included). Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant.
