Fiss is one of the most innovative and aspiring holiday destinations in Tyrol – one of its aspirations is to offer discerning gourmets something truly special. The Schlosshotel Fiss has taken care of this! The proficient Chef de Bar recommends aperitifs in the à la carte restaurant. The exceedingly courteous waiting staff serves three amuse bouches followed by Fjord salmon and confit of potato salad to get the meal started. In the kitchen, fois gras and pulled pork are combined, and the local grey cattle is destined for two mains. Young venison also features on the menu. Side dishes and sauces harmonise with every dish, seasoned to perfection. Wine accompaniment is exciting as well as imaginative.
