This year’s Culinary Autumn at the Schlosshotel Fiss is drawing closer. The event’s many highlights include numerous wine and cheese tastings as well as popular cookery classes with our Head Chef and his talented team. Once a week, guests get to watch the professionals at work and wield their own cooking utensils too. In this way, they gain exclusive insights into the hotel’s cuisine and take home tips and tricks both useful and delicious.
Three-course menu with exquisite refreshment
Participants cook a three-course meal with a starter, main and dessert, and receive advice from Restaurant Manager Christian Heinisch and his service team on the perfect drinks to complement each dish.
The classes are free to our guests and take place at 1.30pm to 5.00pm.
