Last week, we had the great pleasure of introducing Austrian company Terra Mater to the Schlosshotel’s guests for an exclusive (and delicious) tasting of their natural fruit juices. The Schlosshotel Fiss’ F&B team loves trying out products from our excellent partners and producers. This way we can ensure that the food and beverages offered to guests are as innovative and high-quality as possible. We are therefore delighted to present Terra Mater and their products in this edition of our SHF Backstage series.

Terra Mater natural fruit juices
Terra Mater’s eye-catching bottles were ready for the fruit juice tasting at 1pm – perfectly timed for the afternoon buffet at the Schlosshotel Fiss. Our guests were able to taste the aromatic fruit juices as soon as they came in (hungry and thirsty!) from the slopes. Terra Mater’s managing director Wolfgang Kutschera and the Schlosshotel’s restaurant team were on hand to provide product advice and information.
Terra Mater believes that attempting to improve nature is always a mistake, and their fruit juices reflect that credo by being natural, pure and unadulterated. All the fruit used to make Terra Mater juices has been allowed to ripen in the sun before being hand-picked and processed by artisanal methods – the result is in the taste!
