Take in superb views during yoga at Lake Wolfsee, find your flow with vinyasa yoga, and experience deep relaxation during a singing bowl sauna. Our experienced Yoga Instructor David Gaube is prepared to ensure these five days of yoga re-balance body, mind, and soul. The SHF Yoga Days are for everyone from beginner to advanced yogini.

Meet SHF yoga instructor David Gaube:

 

With over twelve years of personal practice and more than six years of teaching experience, David Gaube brings a deep understanding of mindful movement, breath, and body awareness to every class.

 

He teaches a wide range of styles, including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, spinal yoga therapy, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pranayama, mindfulness, meditation, Acro Yoga, and free-form movement.

 

David’s teaching blends body awareness with precision and playful ease. He creates a safe and welcoming space for guests to deepen their practice, enhance their physical awareness, and cultivate mindfulness. Before dedicating himself fully to yoga, David completed certifications as a personal coach and fitness trainer, providing him with a solid foundation in anatomy and functional movement.
