Afternoon Buffet

Afternoon buffet with authentic Tyrolean specialities, hot and cold snacks from 1.00 to 4.00pm and cake buffet, snacks and soup from 4.00pm to 5.00pm.

Dinner

Dinner with a selection of: soups, starters, mains and desserts. The restaurant opens at 6.30pm. We recommend that you take your seat in the restaurant no later than 8.30pm.

Are all beverages included?

The SHF luxury board includes a breakfast buffet with coffee service, an afternoon buffet with a selection of soft drinks and juices on tap, and a multi-course dinner. Drinks ordered separately from our menu are added to your hotel bill.

Do your prices include ski tickets and ski lessons?

Our prices do not include ski tickets or ski lessons. However, ski tickets are available directly at the hotel reception and you can conveniently book your desired ski lessons online.

What does ski-in & ski-out mean?

Schlosshotel Fiss is located directly on the slopes. Ski-in & ski-out means that you can basically hop onto the piste from the hotel’s doorstep. Our lift conveniently takes you from the SHF Sports Shop, Rental & Depot to your piste adventure.

It says you offer mountain bikes to borrow at the hotel for free. Is that right?

Yes, we do offer our guests free hardtail mountain bikes for day trips. Electric mountain bikes and full-suspension bikes, however, are available to rent at the SHF Sports Shop, Rental & Depot. Please book your bike at least one day in advance.

Do you offer dine around with your hotel restaurant and the Beef Club?

You are welcome to cancel your multi-course hotel dinner and reserve a table at our Beef Club à-la-carte restaurant instead. Please let us know in advance so that we can deduct € 25 from the hotel bill per adult and per dinner not consumed at the hotel restaurant.

Do you offer baby purees?

For the youngest of our gourmet guests, we offer a selection of HiPP fruity and savoury baby purees. The purees are available from 7:30 am to 8:30 pm daily.

Are there prams to rent at the hotel?

We have a selection of mountain buggies by Bugaboo available for our guests to borrow for free at the reception. Please note that our buggies are not suitable for new-borns as they are not equipped with infant carriers.
