Frequently asked questions

What are the opening hours of the sports shop?

In winter: Monday – Thursday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM and Friday – Sunday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

In summer:
All bikes booked online can be picked up at 9:00 AM in the upper underground garage.
Bike delivery is only available via online booking, which must be completed by no later than 12:00 AM (midnight) on the previous day.

Can I have my rental added to the hotel bill?

Please pay for your rental at the SHF Sports Shop, Rental & Depot. We currently do not offer bookings to your hotel bill.

Can I also rent or buy outdoor wear at the shop?

We have a collection of socks, functional undergarments, and caps for sale at the shop. Ski jackets and pants are currently available only at the Bacher Sport main store in Serfaus.

Do you have cross-country gear for rent?

Yes, we also offer cross-country gear at our rental shop. To guarantee availability, we recommend that you book your equipment in advance.

Where can I rent snowboards?

We also offer a selection of top-serviced snowboards at the SHF Sports Shop, Rental & Depot.
