Frequently asked questions

Do you have rooms with a Jacuzzi or sauna?

No, none of our rooms or suites feature a Jacuzzi or sauna. You will, however, find plenty of space for rest, relaxation and options to restore your inner balance at our extensive 5,000 m² SHF Spa. If you prefer a more private ambience for you and your partner, you are welcome to book our Private Spa Suite for some exclusive alone time.

What is a French balcony?

A French balcony, or false balcony, is a railing fitted outside a floor-length window.

Are there wheelchair-accessible rooms available?

Yes. We offer several wheelchair-accessible rooms, and all of our rooms in the east wing feature level-access showers.

Do all rooms have wooden flooring, or do some have carpets?

All of our rooms and suites come with high-quality wooden flooring.

What’s the difference between the east and west wing?

The west wing features a lovely combination of traditional Tyrolean cosiness and Alpine elegance, whereas the east wing is characterised by its generous, clear design and modern ambience.
