In the SHF Cuisine, you will savour not only dairy produce from Gasslbauer in Ladis, but also Maass jams, cheeses made from pure hay milk, sheep’s milk specialities from Nuart vulgo Hafner, and many more exquisite regional delicacies — including Mair eggs from Faggen, just ten kilometres away.

On the Mair family farm, cows, horses and countless chickens roam freely in small groups each day, providing us with exceptional, freshly laid eggs of outstanding quality.

Surrounded by the natural abundance of the mountains, our awareness for sustainability grows ever stronger - and wherever we can align it seamlessly with the wishes and needs of our guests, we follow an increasingly greener path.
