When is Schlosshotel Fiss open?

Schlosshotel Fiss welcomes you during two exclusive seasons each year:

Winter season: from 5 December 2025 to 11 April 2026
Summer season: from 4 July 2026 to 11 October 2026

Whether you're dreaming of ski-in & ski-out adventures in winter or alpine discoveries in summer – every stay is a unique Schlosshotel experience.

How does Schlosshotel Fiss deal with allergies?

If you suffer from any allergies or food intolerances, we will be happy to adapt our menu for you. Please let us know your requirements in advance e.g. lactose intolerance, gluten intolerance, fructose intolerance. Anti allergy bedding is also available.

Is there a baby monitoring service at Schlosshotel Fiss?

A baby monitoring service is available daily from 6.00am to 11.00pm, please contact reception for additional information.

What do I need to know about bookings?

To confirm a booking, we request a 50% deposit of the total booking price payable by bank transfer within 14 days. The remaining amount is due at latest one week before arrival. We regret that we are una-ble to guarantee specific rooms or floors. Travel agencies and guests from outside Europe are requested to provide a 100% deposit of the total booking price at least 30 days prior to their arrival.

Can I arrive by train?

For information and timetables for busses and trains please contact us. We are glad to help planning your trip. The next train station is "Landeck Bahnhof". From there you can take a bus to Fiss.

 

Can I cancel my holiday at Schlosshotel Fiss?

General Cancellations

If you are unable to travel, the following cancellation fees will be charged:

  • Cancellation without any cancellation fee until 1 month before arrival
  • Between 1 month and 1 week (7 days) before arrival: 70% of the full booking cost
  • Within the last week (6 days) before arrival: 90% of the full booking cost

Special cancellation conditions apply for group bookings, please contact our reservations team for further details.

When can I check in and out of the Schlosshotel Fiss?

Regular check-in at the Schlosshotel Fiss is available from 4:00 pm. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to use all public hotel areas as well as the spa facilities without restriction before your room is ready. We will be happy to store your luggage at the reception. From 1:00 pm, you may also enjoy the afternoon buffet even prior to checking into your room. Your room is guaranteed to be ready from 4:00 pm.

 

Check-out is until 11:00 am on the day of departure. A late check-out is available upon request, subject to availability and at an additional charge, and can be arranged directly at the reception.

Can I order flowers to Schlosshotel Fiss?

Our reception team will be happy to take care of your flower orders. Please let us know at least 24 hours prior to delivery (48 hours prior on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

A delivery fee of €5 per order will be charged.

Is there wifi in the Schlosshotel Fiss?

Free Wi-Fi is available throughtout the hotel and in all rooms & suites.

Is there late check-out at the Schlosshotel Fiss?

Late check-out can be booked subject to availability and includes the use of our wellness area as well as the afternoon buffet.

Are there newspapers in the Schlosshotel Fiss?

Our newspaper service: simply order your preferred newspaper at the reception. A selection of current daily newspapers is available every day in the Fireplace Lounge.

In addition, you can enjoy international newspapers and magazines from our complimentary digital library throughout your stay. The access link is available in the SHF app.

When and How can I pay?

We recommend that you pay your hotel from 6.00 pm on the day prior to your departure. In addition to cash and debit cards, we also accept Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard and Amex credit cards. We do not accept Diners Club cards.

Please note that payments by bank transfer can only be taken into account if we have received them before check-out and they have been booked to your room. Quick transfers on your departure day can not be considered.

What are the bank details from the Schlosshotel Fiss?

Payments may be made in cash (EUR, CHF), by bank transfer (for payment of deposits only), or by debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard and Amex).

Are pets at Schlosshotel Fiss allowed?

Well-behaved pets are welcome on request, however they are not permitted in the restaurant, Spa or swimming areas.

Pushchairs are available free of charge.

Information on the Fiss-Ladis ski school is available from our sports shop where you can also book classes and instructors.

Is smoking allowed in the Schlosshotel Fiss?

The entire Schlosshotel, including guest rooms, is a non-smoking zone. Smokers and non-smokers alike are welcome to use the designated smoker's lounge.

Do I get spa towels & slippers at Schlosshotel Fiss?

Spa towels & slippers can be found in the Spa bag in your room.

Does the Schlosshotel Fiss have a tanning bed?

The tanning bed is located opposite the Family Spa in the basement. The use of the tanning bed is restricted to guests aged 18+. Your key card operates the sunbed and is chargeable at € 15,- per unit, included in your bill.

Does the Schlosshotel Fiss have a ski locker room?

A ski locker room - where skis, snowboards and ski boots can be stored - and sports shop are located at the rear of the western underground car park, offering diret access to the slopes! Bacher Sport manage the shop, ski equipment can be hired online.

Where can I park?

The underground garage is accessible at any time using your room key and is included in the price. We will be happy to park your car for you and store your key at the reception. An electric charging station is also available in the underground garage.

Is there a ski school in Fiss?

Yes, you can book courses for kids, teens and adults online or directly at the ski school office next to the cable cars.
