In the informal privacy of the Beef Club, the exclusive restaurant in Fiss, SHF’s Head Chef Mathis Siedel puts on a spectacle for the senses. Prime steaks cooked to perfection in the “Big Green Egg,” and meat specialities sourced from the best suppliers in Austria: That’s the Beef Club. Food that is true to style, strong and authentic; if it doesn’t meet the very highest of standards and expectations, the Beef Club doesn’t serve it.
